Job Designation 1: Area Property Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Property Manager for ~100 houses. 
  • Serve as single point of contact for all on-ground issues faced by tenants and owners of houses assigned to the APM
  • Manage a team of caretakers (reporting to APM),ensuring all houses are in good condition at all times
  • Adhere to process guidelines and SOPs laid out for each task assigned
  • Perform tasks within stipulated SLAs, ensuring all required steps are completed
  • Customer ratings - All tasks would have a customer feedback rating assigned. 
  • Aspire for high ratings and perform tasks effectively with customer centricity, ensuring high average ratings
  • Provide feedback to management on system issues, process gaps, etc to ensure overall process keeps on improving.

Salary & other benefits:

  • In-Hand CTC - INR 16000/- Per Month to  25,000/- Per Month (Depending on interview performance and experience)
  • Monthly Allowance - INR 2000 (Food) + INR 2500 (Fuel Reimbursement) + 500 (Mobile Reimbursement) 
  • Performance-based monthly Incentive - Upto Rs. 10K to 20K

Job Designation 2: House Acquisition Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To follow up on the generated leads.
  • Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/concept of NestAway.
  • Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal .
  • Verification of the location & house before on-boarding the property. 
  • Pitch about the company policies & convincing the owner. 
  • Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
  • Manage bulk properties, including but not limited to, doing service and maintenance overview, inspection of the property, follow on rent collections and send reminders, when needed.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Experience 0-2 years. 
  • Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization). 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills. 
  • Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable. 
  • Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work. 
  • Should possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7 days of joining duty.
  • Male Candidates are preferred.
  • Salary & other benefits:

In-Hand CTC - INR 18,000/- Per Month to  35,000/- Per Month (Depending on interview performance and experience) 
Monthly Allowance - INR 2000 (Food) + INR 2500 (Fuel Reimbursement) + 500 (Mobile Reimbursement)
