Dishman Carbogen hits upper circuit at Rs79.30; stock up 9%

Shares of Dishman Carbogen Amcis snapped six-day losing streak and hit the upper circuit at Rs79.30 on the BSE. The stock had declined 43% in the last six trading sessions.

Motilal Oswal AMC has sold 24.58 lakh shares or 1.52% equity at Rs73.79 each.

“Further to our earlier communication dated December 19, 2019, to the Stock Exchanges, we wish to inform you that the officials of the Income-Tax Department conducted a search at the Company's Offices and Manufacturing sites. The company has extended full co-operation to the officials during the search and provided all the information sought. The search operation was concluded on December 25, 2019,” the company said.

The scrip opened at Rs71 and has touched a high and low of Rs79.30 and Rs71 respectively
